I was checking our back links today using SEO Quake for Firefox (Great ff plugin by the way) and saw that it showed my back links in yahoo by typing linkdomain:www.domain.com -site:domain.com. This removed internal links from the search. This is not the neat part. The neat part is that I added -site:anotherdomain.com to the search and I was able to get rid of the sites that give me run of site links. This helps a lot when you are trying to find who links to you. Run of site links can make the linkdomain results hard to dig through.
