Error message in Microsoft FRx WebPort: "Invalid userID/password"

In Microsoft FRx WebPort, you receive the following error message:
Error syntax:
Number: 0
Source: ofxHTML.GetHTML
Description: Invalid userID/password
This problem occurs if one or more of the following conditions are true:
•You try to open a report that was published in Microsoft FRx WebPort.
•Microsoft FRx security is not being used. Additionally, no users and no groups have been created in Microsoft FRx WebPort.
•You log on to Microsoft FRx WebPort as the default Administrator user.

•Microsoft Business Solutions for Analytics–FRx 6.7 Desktop
•Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0
•Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 8.0
•Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Solomon 6.0
•Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0
•Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0
•Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0
•Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Navision 3.70, when used with:
  Microsoft Business Solutions for Analytics–FRx 6.7 Desktop
