how to modify the Company Directory list in Business Portal 2.0 so it excludes inactive employees.

•Microsoft Business Solutions Business Portal 2.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions-Great Plains 7.0, when used with:
  Microsoft Business Solutions Business Portal 2.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 7.5
