FEMA has a nice document that is very thorough covering emergency management information for your business. It is a good document to read and to help your organization to plan for a disaster.

eVision Systems provides a service called SAFeDATA that secures all of our business data and is refered to as "Records Preservation" page 37 in FEMA's Emergency Management Guide.

eVision's Systems service is very cost effective and will encrypt and compress your business critical data and automatically push it to our datacenter. We schedule this to occur on the frequency that fits your business requirements and we store 30 days of your data online. This allows a point in time restore based on the type of disaster and has saved many companies in the past.

You can download FEMA's Emergency Guide http://www.fema.gov/pdf/business/guide/bizindst.pdf

Also to learn more about SAFeDATA we are offering a free 30 day trial where we can effectively demonstrate the value proposition of this service offering. Call at 713-807-9555 or to learn more goto www.evisionsys.com/backup
