When you use the following integration software together with Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS), you can use the Clear GL Distribution Table feature to clear the general ledger distribution table:
General Ledger Integration for Microsoft Retail Management System and Microsoft Great Plains 8.0 or Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
You can use the Clear GL Distribution Table feature if you want to reimport closed batches from Microsoft Dynamics RMS to the General Ledger Integration. However, you have to clear the general ledger distribution table by using the date range. how to clear the general ledger distribution table by using the batch number.
