In
Setup - Sales - Sales Order Processing there is an option called
Track Voided Transactions in History. My understanding is that when this option is not checked, voided documents will not be kept track of in history and the document number will be made available for future documents. When I have this unchecked the document numbers are still not available after voiding and the document remains in the history table, SOP30200. Is there something I am not doing correctly to get this option to work?
