After you use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook to sync a new appointment from the Microsoft CRM 3.0 Web client to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, the appointment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and the appointment in Outlook 2003 differ by one hour or more.
