When you click Set Regarding or when you view Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 laptop client for Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Office Outlook and the Microsoft CRM Web Service Hoster process (Microsoft.Crm.Application.Hoster.exe) stop responding. Or, some Microsoft Dynamics CRM pages are blank. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Server too busy.
Note If you try to end the Microsoft CRM Web Service Hoster process, a modal dialog box appears in Outlook. However, Outlook, the Microsoft CRM Web Service Hoster process, and Windows Internet Explorer stop responding.
Additionally, the following message may be logged in the Application log:
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

•Microsoft CRM 3.0
•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:
  Microsoft CRM 3.0

The possible solution needs to be further identified by one of our certified solutions consultants, as the problem may extend further than the initial error shown. Please call eVision Systems @ (713)807-9555, or e-mail: Sales@evisionsys.com
