Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
•You have a PreCreate callout event in an e-mail entity.
•You also have a workflow process that creates an e-mail message.
•You manually run the workflow rule.In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator.
Additionally, the following error message is logged in Workflow Monitor:
Error code: 80040216, Schema error: the regarding object id and the regarding object type code must be specified together
