Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.You disable the Users can schedule synchronization setting in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Web client. Then, you enable the Synchronize the CRM items in my Outlook folders at startup setting in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. Next, you start the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook. In this scenario, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook does not synchronize the items in the Outlook folder. Therefore, you have to run the Synchronize Outlook with CRM function to synchronize the items.
