Consider the following scenario in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. You enable the Use Cached Exchange Mode setting for the e-mail account that you use. Then, you create an e-mail message. For this e-mail message, you enable the Do not deliver before setting, and then you specify a date for the setting.Next, you send the e-mail message to the Outbox folder. In this scenario, the value in the Sent field of this e-mail message is None. However, the value in the Sent field of this e-mail message should be the date that you specified for the Do not deliver before setting.

•Microsoft CRM 3.0
•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:
  Microsoft CRM 3.0

The possible solution needs to be further identified by one of our certified solutions consultants, as the problem may extend further than the initial error shown. Please call eVision Systems @ (713)807-9555, or e-mail: Sales@evisionsys.com
