You can create a new folder in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. However, when you try to delete the folder, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to delete this folder. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions. The folders you are trying to change do not support this operation. Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.
