When you use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook Compatibility Update release, the Microsoft CRM folder does not appear in the Outlook Navigation Pane.
•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
