You cannot sort by segment 2 in the Account Lookup window when you use the Additional Sorts option in Microsoft Dynamics GP

When you use the Additional Sorts option in Microsoft Dynamics GP, you cannot sort by segment 2 in the Account Lookup window. All other segments are sorted correctly.
This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
•You clicked Yes when you were prompted to sort by the segments of your account framework when you installed Microsoft Dynamics GP.
•All segments were added in the Set Up Additional Sorting Options window.
•A sample chart of accounts was not created when you installed Microsoft Dynamics GP.

•General Ledger, when used with:
  Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
  Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 8.0
