When you are running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers Web client, you are prompted for credentials every 20 minutes.This problem occurs even if the values of the following registry entries are set to more than 20 minutes:
•AbsoluteExpirationMinutes
•SessionExpirationMinutes
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers, when used with:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
