Consider the following scenario in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. You accept an appointment that is sent from another Microsoft Dynamics CRM user. The appointment is scheduled on the calendar in Outlook. Then, you run the Synchronize Outlook with CRM function. In this scenario, a duplicate appointment is created on the calendar in Outlook. However, only one appointment should be created.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
• The appointment was tracked by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user who sent the appointment.
• Both Microsoft Dynamics CRM users have a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 mailbox account.
• The Exchange 2007 mailbox that you use is stored on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 server.
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:

The possible solution needs to be further identified by one of our certified solutions consultants, as the problem may extend further than the initial error shown. Please call eVision Systems @ (713)807-9555, or e-mail: Sales@evisionsys.com |
