Cyrillic characters are replaced by question marks when you view a toolbar that has a Cyrillic label in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook

The Cyrillic label for a toolbar does not appear correctly in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook. The Cyrillic label does appear correctly in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Web client after you edit the Isv.config file to use the Cyrillic label for a toolbar. However, when you view the toolbar in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook, the Cyrillic characters are replaced by question marks.
For example, you edit the Isv.config file to use a Cyrillic label for the standard toolbar for an account in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as follows.<! -- The Account Tool Bar --> <ToolBar ValidForCreate="0" ValidForUpdate="1"> <Button Title="???????English" ToolTip="Info on Test" Icon="/_imgs/ico_18_debug.gif" Url="http://www.microsoft.com" PassParams="1" WinParams="" WinMode="0" /></ToolBar>When you view this toolbar in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook, the Cyrillic characters are replaced by question marks.

•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:
  Microsoft CRM 3.0
