Error message when you try to open a rollup tree in Microsoft Forecaster: "The tree [tree name] is in use by user [user ID]."

When you try to open a rollup tree in Microsoft Forecaster 7.0, you receive the following error message:
The tree tree name is in use by user user ID.
You may receive this message even though no other users are logged on to Microsoft Forecaster.

•Microsoft Forecaster 7.0
•Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0
•Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Great Plains 8.0
•Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0
•Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Solomon 6.0
•Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0
•Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0
•Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0
•Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0
•Microsoft Business Solutions–Navision 3.70, when used with:
  Microsoft Forecaster 7.0
