When you trigger either the PreSetState callout or the PostSetState callout for a business unit entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, neither the PreSetState callout nor the PostSetState callout works.
This problem occurs even though the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Development Kit (SDK) states that the PreSetState callout and the PostSetState callout are valid for business units.

•Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, when used with:
Microsoft CRM 3.0
