You experience one of the following symptoms in purchase orders in Microsoft Retail Management System Store Operations 1.3:
•You have items that have cost values that run to three decimal places. When you add the items to a purchase order, the values are rounded off to two decimal places.
•You receive items from a purchase order that have cost values that run to three decimal places. When you manually enter the values into the Qty Rcv column, the values are rounded off to two decimal places in the column. This action causes the values that are in the Extended Cost column to be calculated incorrectly.
