When you set security options for the Sales Price box on the Pricing tab in the Item Properties dialog box in Microsoft Business Solutions Retail Management System Store Operations, the following issues may occur :
•When you enable the Disable Read security option and the Disable Change security option for the Sales Price box, the user is successfully prevented from changing the value in the Sales Price box. However, the Sales Price box is not unavailable (not dimmed), and the user can still read the contents.
•When you enable only the Disable Change security option, the user is successfully prevented from changing the value in the Sales Price box. However, the Sales Price box is not unavailable, and the user can still put the pointer in the Sales Price box.
•Microsoft Retail Management System Store Operations 1.2
