When you try to use the Check Stores feature to verify the quantity of items in other stores in Microsoft Business Solutions Retail Management System, Store Operations, you receive the following error message:
“Run-time Error 339 'MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid”
Note You must be using Headquarters and Store Operations to have access to the Check Stores feature.
